Bench note · Trouble
When a peg will not sit, stay inside the app
A failed save, a missing code, or a payout that still says pending is handled from the installed Diwa Wow app. This bench cannot see the case or finish it for you.

Bench pegs
Name the peg that failed
A half-saved package, a code that never arrived, and a payout still pending are three different pegs. Say which one it is before you write to anyone.
Reinstalling is for a package the app itself asks you to replace, from this host, not for a payout delay.
The thread you can see is the one that counts
Open help from inside the app you installed. A stranger who messages first, even with the pending amount, is not that thread.
Send the amount, the time, and the reference. Do not attach a PIN, a code, or a photo of a card.
This host has no queue
Writing to the bench does not create a ticket inside Diwa Wow. We have no login to your profile and no button that releases funds.
If money left an account you did not mean to use, contact that bank as well as the in-app thread.
Stop when the ask becomes a secret
The moment someone wants a one-time code or a UPI PIN to fix the peg, the conversation is over. Return to the status screen.
Keep the leftover package deleted so a later tap does not install a second file while you are distracted.
When a peg comes loose
- Name the failed peg Package, code, or payout.
- Open in-app help yourself Do not follow an inbound chat.

- Refuse any request for secrets PIN and code stay put.
- Call the bank if the debit was not yours Alongside the app thread.
Trouble questions
Can this bench chase a payout for me?
No. We have no wallet access. The in-app thread is the request that counts.
They knew the pending amount. Is that support?
No. End the call and use the help control you can see in the app.
Should I reinstall to unstick a payout?
No. Replace the package only when the app asks, and only from this host.
Will you publish a support reply time?
No. That clock, if it exists, is inside the app.
